1. Final Sale Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)

Due to the delicate, bespoke, and handcrafted nature of our pre-Hispanic inspired ceramics, water whistle vessels, and sound instruments, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.

Each piece is individually hand-built, tuned, and fired by our master ceramist in Chiang Mai, Thailand, making every artwork unique. Because of their fragile physical structure and acoustic properties, they cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our studio.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, dimensions, and sound/visual details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a specific piece, please contact us at ceremonialpachaceramics@gmail.com prior to ordering.

2. Damaged or Broken Items During Transit

Because our ceramic art pieces and sound instruments are extremely fragile and shipped internationally or domestically across Thailand, we take great care in packaging each order securely.

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or structurally broken due to transit:

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package and item immediately upon receipt.

Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at ceremonialpachaceramics@gmail.com.

Required Evidence: To process a transit damage claim, your email must include:

Your order number and full name.

Clear photographs or video showing the damaged ceramic piece.

Photographs of the shipping box and all interior packing materials as they arrived.

Once reviewed and verified, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution (such as a studio credit or replacement where feasible, depending on stock availability). Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered for transit damage.

3. Workshop Bookings

For hands-on ceramic and sound workshops hosted by Ceremonial Pacha:

Workshop reservations and ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling options (subject to seat availability).
